Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that candidate schedules and priorities may change. You may cancel your booked 1-on-1 personalized counselling session or guidance evaluation package under the following guidelines:

• Session Cancellation: Requests for cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation session by emailing getmbaeducation@gmail.com or calling +91 98831 23838 / +91 98315 94330.
• Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged twice for a single transaction, the duplicate transaction will be cancelled and refunded immediately upon verification.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

A full or partial refund will be granted under the following conditions:

1. Service Non-Fulfillment: If GETMBAedu is unable to deliver the scheduled 1-on-1 counselling session or guidance report due to technical, operational, or scheduling issues on our end.
2. Timely Cancellation: Cancellation requested at least 24 hours prior to session delivery.
3. Duplicate / Failed Transactions: Multiple debits for a single booking or payment processed where service confirmation was not generated.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Services that have already been fully delivered (e.g. completed 1-on-1 counselling session, delivered evaluation report).
• Application fees, registration charges, or prospectus fees paid directly to partner universities or external institutions.
• Failure of the candidate to attend a scheduled appointment without prior 24-hour notice ("No-Show").

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved by our billing team:

• Processing Channel: All refunds are routed back through the original payment method used during checkout via the Razorpay Payment Gateway.
• Timeline: Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, credit card statement, or UPI wallet, depending on your card-issuing bank\'s processing schedule.
