1. Platform Positioning & Legal Ownership

GETMBAedu is an MBA education guidance, profile evaluation, counselling, and admission support platform owned and operated by Smile Career Consultancy (Office: B-265, Survey Park Santoshpur 1st Floor, Jadavpur, Kolkata - 700075, West Bengal, India).

GETMBAedu is not a university, degree-granting institution, or college. We do not issue academic degrees, diplomas, or certificates. Academic programs, degrees, course delivery, and exams are offered exclusively by independent partner universities and accredited institutions in India and abroad.

2. Guidance & Counselling Services

Our services consist of providing educational advisory, academic profile evaluations, university comparison information, scholarship guidance, and application assistance for partner institutions.

• Program eligibility, fees, admission dates, and scholarship availability are subject to change by respective partner universities.
• Final admission decisions rest solely with the respective partner institution or university admission committee.

3. Online Fee Payments & Payment Gateway Terms

When you pay for counselling sessions, evaluation reports, or administrative guidance fees through GETMBAedu, transactions are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information during checkout.
• All payments must be made using valid Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, or digital wallets.
• Transaction confirmation will be issued via Email / SMS immediately upon successful processing by Razorpay.
• In case of transaction failures where money is debited from your bank account, funds are typically refunded automatically by your bank within 3 to 7 working days.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including logos, branding, text, graphic designs, icons, code, software, and compilation—is the exclusive property of Smile Career Consultancy / GETMBAedu or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

5. User Conduct & Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading personal or academic information.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.
• Attempt to breach website security, compromise database integrity, or reverse engineer any software components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Smile Career Consultancy and GETMBAedu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website, partner university admission outcomes, or payment gateway delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
